Len established his first migration consultancy in 1982 in Sydney. He has been a leading migration agent since that time and has wide experience assisting clients from many countries.

Over the years Len has been intricately involved with a number of well-known and highly regarded international corporations as their external migration advisor. Those corporations include a number of "household names". That involvement has included all Australian visa activity as well as providing assistance through their Australian subsidiaries to a significant amount of international visa activity.

Len is a former National President of the Migration Institute of Australia (MIA).

Nigel Durham

Nigel has formerly had 19 years experience as a senior officer of the Department of Immigration. He has represented the Australian Government on postings at Australian Embassies in Turkey, Indonesia, Poland and South Africa. Nigel was the manager of the Business and Temporary Entry area of the Brisbane Regional office prior to leaving the Department in 1996. Nigel joined Len that year.

Maree has been involved in the migration profession for over 21 years. Initially as an officer with the Department of Immigration and Citizenship and for the last 8 years in the private sector as a Registered Migration Agent.

Over the years, Maree has successfully assisted people from all corners of the globe with all categories of permanent and temporary migration and has represented clients at the Migration Review Tribunal (MRT).

Currently, Maree is the Vice President of the Queensland Branch of the Migration Institute of Australia (MIA).
